Our history has distant roots; from 1950 to today we have experienced an important evolution that has allowed us to grow, establish ourselves and distinguish ourselves in an increasingly competitive market. We are guided by values and principles that are reflected in an ethical and responsible approach; this is where our sustainable action comes to life. We have undertaken an important path, which leads us far, towards ambitious goals, which will allow us to grow further.
The investments made and the search for increasingly innovative solutions are in line with our vision and our mission; each project is characterized by elements that for us represent strategic assets: quality, orientation towards sustainable development, efficiency, safety.
Our sustainability journey: a constant commitment and a long-term vision
Our wealth of experience, the acquisition of cutting-edge technologies, the constant commitment to innovation, the relationship of trust and collaboration with our stakeholders, have represented the ideal panorama for the construction of a clear, transparent and effective sustainability path, in which we can achieve the objectives we have set ourselves.
ESG Assessment
We have undergone the ESG Assessment recognized and certified by the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), a measurement tool with which we have obtained an evaluation of our sustainability performance in the environmental, social and governance fields.
Based on the analysis carried out, the ESG Assessment suggested improvement actions to be implemented for each of the three areas of sustainable development, contributing to specific SDGs (sustainable development objectives of the 2030 Agenda), making it possible to develop a strategic plan. Our approach to ESG factors is forward-looking: we take into account current practices, what we can improve and how, by defining measurable objectives.
Organization Carbon Footprint
We believe that everyone should contribute to reducing CO2 emissions, making it a priority in their business strategy. The impact of their activities plays a decisive role in the history of a company: it defines its identity, recognisability, attractiveness, its very existence.
We do our best to make the planet a better place. For this reason, we have quantified our carbon footprint according to the ISO 14064-1 standard. The Organization Carbon Footprint – CFO – has allowed us to obtain a detailed picture of our carbon footprint, that is, the total amount of greenhouse gases emitted directly and indirectly by our organization.
The CFO represents an important basis with which to structure a decarbonisation plan by implementing effective and concrete measures, through the most suitable interventions.
The publication of our first Report of Sustainability For us, it represents a tool for dialogue and transparency through which we share the actions undertaken, the results achieved and the objectives for the future.
Our projects are designed to bring long-term benefits to people and the environment: we want to participate in the transition towards increasingly sustainable lifestyles. We aim for quality, through innovation and safety; we do so with responsibility and commitment, thanks to the experience and passion of our collaborators; we focus on reducing the environmental impacts associated with all phases of our activities.
We want to continue creating value, involving our stakeholders, in particular employees, collaborators, customers, community, territory, suppliers, partners, financiers. In this way we strengthen our sustainability path, listening and understanding requests, needs and requirements that lead us towards continuous improvement and sustainable growth.
